    Write your thoughts Down

Sometimes when thinking about a problem we just keep thinking cyclicaly without stop which leads to insomnia and trouble thinking clearly. I suggest you to write the problem down in a not it’s like puting the idea down in a note.

Think about doing you own business

When working at a company it’s very stressful if you salary is only related to work, imagine if you have you own business online that gives you same salary will you still care about work or stress about it.
